The title is a totally like the Pretty Little Liars theme song and the plot did kind of remind me of the PLL series, overall (based on the random episodes I've seen here and there)...so maybe that's why she called it what she did. Otherwise, the title doesn't go with the story at all. Overall, the story is okay, the characters are okay and the mystery was somewhat twisty but somewhat predictable, with a dollop of eww thrown in. It wasn't terrible and it even entertained me for a bit.
The narration was passably okay, despite having Kirby Heyborne, he has one of those voices that I just can't take listening to for that long. Sophie Amoss was fairly good, though.
